My sister and I chose to use Hank when selling the house based mainly on my parent's feedback about their experience with him. We were very pleased with Hank's responsiveness and follow-through. Selling a home is never easy but Hank kept us abreast of the changing conditions in the neighborhood and was always available to talk strategy. Once we had an offer, he did a nice job laying out the risk assessment (it was a contingent sale) and advising us on the next steps.
