Once pre-qualified, we can move right into your home search and setting up showings for homes that fit your criteria.

Our team always has our clients' needs at heart. We will strive to seal the contract on your best terms.
Once both parties have signed the contract, it's time to do our due diligence and inspect the home. We will line up a thorough inspection with the Triangle's most reputable inspectors.
Even brand new homes will have a less than perfect inspection report--No worries! We will negotiate any repairs to be done prior to closing.
Your lender will continue the loan approval process and order your appraisal.
Finalize utility transfers, order home owner's insurance, process change of address request, and coordinate moving details.
Our team will assure that your closing day runs smoothly. Once the deed is recorded, prepare to celebrate!
