Then, the fun part begins! We’ll view homes that you’re most interested in from our customized home search alerts, and when you’re ready to make an offer, your agent will present a written offer and a pre-qualification letter to the seller.
Once the sellers have accepted your offer, we will enter a Due Diligence period where the home will be appraised and inspected by our trusted appraiser and inspector. The appraisal guarantees that the price matches the condition of the property, while the inspection makes sure there are no major issues and everything in the home functions properly. We will carefully evaluate these reports together and request repairs as needed.
