2. Find The Perfect Home & Write an Offer That Wins

After we introduce you to our mortgage partner, we can determine your preferred price range with confidence. This pre-approval process is painless and a key step before we are able to write a strong offer for sellers to consider. 

Then, the fun part begins! We’ll view homes that you’re most interested in from our customized home search alerts, and when you’re ready to make an offer, your agent will present a written offer and a pre-qualification letter to the seller.

 

3. Appraisal, Inspections, and Closing

Once the sellers have accepted your offer, we will enter a Due Diligence period where the home will be appraised and inspected by our trusted appraiser and inspector. The appraisal guarantees that the price matches the condition of the property, while the inspection makes sure there are no major issues and everything in the home functions properly. We will carefully evaluate these reports together and request repairs as needed. 

Once you are confident of the condition of the home, we will move forward towards closing.  Our goal is to make this process as stress-free as possible, so you can focus on celebrating your new home!
